APLL 2018 Late Registration Process
Although our official registration sessions have ended, limited spaces are available in select divisions. If you are interested in signing up your player for a division that has openings, please follow the process outlined below. For closed divisions, you may have your child placed on a wait list in the event a vacancy becomes available on a team after our season begins.
Current Openings By Division (as of 2/26/2018):
Softball (based on player’s league age)
Minor Softball (league ages 7-9) = open
Major Softball (league ages 10-12) = open
Junior/Senior Softball (league ages 13-16) = open
Baseball (based on player’s league age)
Tee Ball Baseball (league ages 4-6) = closed
Minor B Baseball (league ages 7-8) = open
Minor A Baseball (league ages 9-10) = open
Major Baseball (league ages 11-12) = closed
Senior Baseball (league ages 13-16) = open
Process for Late Registration/Addition to Wait List:
Parents interested in registering a player in an open division or having their child’s name added to the wait list for closed divisions must send an email with the following to the appropriate email address below.
Player’s date of birth
Player’s league age
Primary phone number
All requests must be sent to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Requests will be taken in the order that they are received at this email address. No phone calls or walk-ins will be accepted. No special requests can be accepted.
If there is space for your child, you will receive an acknowledgement email advising that your request has been accepted, with the date and time to meet with the Player Agent to complete your registration. Failure to attend this meeting will result in moving your request to the back of the line and your child may lose their chance to play.
Late Registration Costs:
League ages 4-6:
Registration fee of $75
League ages 7-10:
Registration fee of $90
League ages 11-12:
Registration fee of $105
League ages 13-16:
Registration fee of $120
FAMILY CAP = $270
For late registration, APLL accepts only cash (exact change) and checks. Checks should be made out to APLL.
Saturday, January 27th = Noon to 4pm
All returning players must be registered by February 17th at 3pm.
Registration Fees for the 2018 Spring Season are:
League Age* 4 through 6 = $75
NO ADDITIONAL FUNDRAISER REQUIREMENTS!!!
Opening Day for the APLL Spring Season is currently planned for Saturday, April 7th. Closing Day is currently planned for Saturday, June 9th.

A Note from the APLL President
Welcome to www.myapll.com, the official site of Aragona Pembroke Little League. On behalf of the Board of Directors, I invite you to attend our next General Membership meeting on April 2, 2018 at 6:30pm at Witchduck Hall. Witchduck Hall is located at 660 North Witchduck Road and is where APLL hosts Bingo sessions to raise funds for our league.
By attending General Membership meetings, you will stay informed regarding League business and events. Our meetings offer you the opportunity to ask questions, make suggestions and, if you are a Voting Member, have a say on League issues.

You can support the league through our Bingo Sessions at Witchduck Hall all year long! Bingo is the major fundraising activity for Aragona Pembroke Little League and enables us to keep our registration costs low.
Our sessions run every:
Wednesday Morning - games begin at 10:30am
Wednesday Evening - games begin at 6:30pm
Friday Morning - games begin at 10:30am
Witchduck Hall is located at 660 North Witchduck Road in Virginia Beach and features an enclosed smoke-free Bingo room, security, great parking, easy entry for the handicapped, an ATM in the hall and a great Novelty Shop & Snack Bar.
