In person registration is available at Lee District and Mount Vernon Rec Centers from 10 am to 2 pm January 16th, 23rd, 30th (Mount Vernon Rec only on the 30th), February 6th and 13th.
You can print copies of the registration forms in English and Spanish by clicking on "Forms" in the menu to the left.

Rules & Regulations---Positioning & Mechanics
The D9 Umpire Consultant Staff will conduct a weekend umpire clinic for new and returning district volunteer umpires. The clinic will cover what you need to prepare for the upcoming LL regular season, and will serve as a viable part of your local league training. The clinic will run 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturday, and 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm on Sunday. It will be a combination of classroom lessons and field session so we can cover the basics in rules and mechanics.
Contact your local league UIC--Dave Pelino (703-282-3512) or dmpelino@cox.net for more info. Please sign up with your UIC by February 12, 2010 and let Dave know you will attend! Lunch will be provided on Saturday, so we need to know how many are coming!
*Direction to Woodbridge HS: 3001 Old Bridge Rd, Woodbridge, VA 22192Get off I-95 at Exit 160 onto VA-123N toward Occoquan/Lake Ridge. Turn left onto VA-641 Old Bridge Road. Go approx 4 miles. You will turn left at the light at Antietam Road into school parking lot. Enter 2nd floor door on left side of main entrance.

APLL Wins 8-10 Year Old 2009 District 9 Fun Tournament

Alexandria Potomac Little League's 8-10 Year old squad defeated West Springfield, 12-to-10, on Sunday, June 28, 2009, at Gardziel Field in Dumfries, VA to become 'Champions' of 2009 Virginia District 9 Fun Tournament.
Congratulations go out to: Manager Mike Aitken, Assistant Coaches Steve Luparello, Barry Becton, Gary Hoag and Marty Anderson; team members Patrick Aitken, Ben Anderson, Connor Becton, Nate Cermak, Kevin Cox, Chris Day, Matt Frame, Charlie Jones, Charlie Luparello, John Rupert, Danny Ryan, Jack Walter; and alternates Hunter Baldwin, Duncan Hoag, and Reilly Hughes.
All the players and coaches worked and played very hard and it was a perfect ending to the 2009 Spring season. The entire APLL family is very proud of your achievement, effort and sportsmanship – and most of all – that you had FUN.

Against WSLL4, APLL Won 11-1
