If you missed the Parents Informational Meeting on Sunday 11/1 .. the handouts are available in the handout section ...

Sunday 11/8 Reminders:

* Players that registered on 11/1 - only need to sign in.

* New Players - Please ensure players ARRIVE WITH completed registration and medical release forms (signed by player and parent where defined).   Checks for the non-refundable tryout/clinic fee for $100 are to be made out to : APEX.

* Registration paperwork collection begins at 11:30 for the 5th-9th grade session which starts at Noon.  Registration paperwork collection begins at 2pm for the 10th-12th grade session which starts at 2:30.

Tryout / Clinic Format

Sunday 11/1 complete, 11/8, 11/15

5th – 9th Grade : 12 – 2:30pm

10th – 12th Grade : 2:30 – 5pm

Casperkill Country Club - 2330 South Rd (RT 9) - Poughkeepsie

* Sunday 11/1 and 11/8 will be a Clinic Format so the Coaches Can See More From the Players.  This Will Maximize Their Chances of Being Selected For a Team.

* Sunday 11/15 will be the Tryout for all Age Groups.  If a Coach is Undecided about a few Players, they will be invited back for 11/22 (possibly 11/29) to make Final Team Decisions.

* Players only interested in the "Sunday Night Lites" program do not need to attend clinics/tryouts. Registration for SNL will begin in November.  SNL is an In-House 14u Program and will be based on interest.  Please send an email to APEXINFO to be added to the SNL Pre-Registration List. Registration Process

* All Players Need to Complete the On-Line Registration with GEVA and Bring the Completed Forms to the First Clinic/Tryout They Attend.  Players will Not be allowed on the Court Until Registered. 

* The Fee (non-refundable) is $100 for the Clinics/Tryouts whether you attend one or all the dates.  Checks need to be made payable to APEX.

* The Fee includes GEVA registration.  If selected for a Team, additional Club Fees Apply.
