* Parents: First Team Payments are Due by Sunday 12/6. Players who do not pay by 12/6 will be suspended from participation.
INCLEMENT WEATHER STATEMENT
WHEN WILL WE CANCEL?
We seldom cancel practices or tournaments due to inclement weather. Practice time is difficult to make up, and tournaments are impossible to re-schedule.
Exceptions of course will be made in dangerous situations, and those beyond our control. If the weather is bad, (snow and ice) your safety is paramount. Do not drive if it you don't feel safe. We will cancel for two reasons.
1. As coaches and / or director we determine the weather and driving conditions are too hazardous.
2. If the facility where we are holding practice is closed. This is seldom the case.
Tournament time and space is precious. You should be prepared to leave early enough to arrive on time if the weather is poor, but navigable.
HOW DO I KNOW? One of Several Ways
1. Posted Here - Minimum of 1.5 hours prior to the start time.
2. eMails and/or phone calls will be made as time permits.
