AOLP/SAINTS Swimming and Diving: Welcome

Pre-season Strength Training for Saints Swimming will be Tuesday/Thursday 3:15-4:15 starting next Tuesday, January 22. Anyone planning on swimming this Spring that cannot attend should contact Mr. Manley.
OLP Info Meeting will be on January 24 at lunch in the yoga room by Dr. Blades office. Anyone interested in swimming this Spring should attend.
Spring workout schedule is set at the Brian Bent Memorial Swimming Pool at Coronado High School. Practice times will vary. Calendar to follow later this week.
