Bring Two documents of address verification - to show you live in Antioch (e.g., Car Registration & utility bill showing name and address)
Bring an original certified Birth Certificate. Baptismal certificates are not accepted.
Divisions offered: T-Ball (5-6 yrs) – $105
Mini-Minor Softball (6-8 yrs) and Farm Baseball (6-8 yrs) – $115
Competitive Baseball (7-12 yrs) & Competitive Softball (8-16 yrs) –
$185 Challenger for Mentally and/or Physically Disabled Youth (5-18 yrs) – Free
Fees incl $50 raffle/fundraiser. Parents sell tickets to self-reimburse.
