Concession Stand Coordinator Position is Open
 

The Annville Youth League is looking to fill the vacancy of Concession Stand Coordinator as soon as possible. The Concession Stand Coordinator position is a three year term and will be appointed by the AYL Board of Directors. Prior to making this decision, the AYL would like to know who is interested in this position.  Please contact Dave Nelson (867-5667) or Dave Myer (867-5787) as soon as possible if interested in the position so the AYL Boards of Directors can proceed with this appointment.

Field Coordinator Position is Open

The Annville Youth League is looking to fill the vacancy of Field Coordinator as soon as possible. Annville Youth League "Code of Conduct" for Players, Parents, Coaches, and Fans

Code of Conduct

Annville Youth League is committed to ensuring the stability and continuing growth of youth sports in our community. Our goal is to teach rules of the game, sportsmanship, and civility.

Everyone (players, coaches and supporters) associated with a team must be informed that poor sportsmanship and inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. When we participate in games and tournaments we represent the Team, the League and our Community.

Everyone on the sidelines who is abusive towards any Official, Player, Coach or other Supporter, will be asked to leave. Failure to comply with such request will result in the Player associated with (said offender) will be removed and not allowed to play. Persistent or aggravated behavior by (said offender) will result in being suspended and prohibited from attending games and tournaments.

Players must avoid all use of violent force, obscene or abusive language or actions, which might provoke or intimidate another Player, Coach, Official, or Supporter.

Players shall abide by the decisions and instruction issued by their Coach.

Players and Coaches must obey all league and tournament rules, in addition to any rules set forth herein. Players and Coaches shall abide by the decision and conduct of any game Official.

Parent/Supporters must obey all rules applying to Players and Coaches.

Parents/Supporters are to understand that before, during and after any game (League, Tournament or otherwise) the Coach of their child's team is in charge. It is the Coach who will be warned by the Official of poor sideline behavior. Parents are to obey the request and direction of their child's Coach with regards to sideline behavior.

Everyone who fails to comply with any of the above-rule may face suspension, removal from the team, or other sanctions deemed appropriate by the Annville Youth League.

Parents/Supporters are to be reminded that all Coaches, Officials, Coordinators and Board Members of the Annville Youth League are Volunteers.

*Any confrontations in the presence of players or supporters is embarrassing for the Team and the Annville Youth League.Any and all grievances shall be addressed in the following order:

1.   Head Coach of their child's team

2.   Coordinator of that sport

3. Annville Youth League Board / a Board Member
