The Annapolis Baseball Club is a 501(c) non-profit organization dedicated to providing both recreational and competitive baseball programs for the youth of Annapolis MD. We are members of the Cal Ripken/Babe Ruth Baseball League. Our focus is to teach and promote the basic skills of amateur baseball and ensure that our members enjoy all of the opportunities and benefits of participating in organized sports. With many thanks to the donors, team sponsors, and volunteers that make it possible to achieve our purposes, the Annapolis Baseball Club provides opportunities of play for the baseball fan from 5 years to 14.
Registration for the 2010 season will be
handled through Annapolis Recreation and Parks.
The Annapolis Baseball Club
has created a formal partnership with the Annapolis Recreation and Parks
Department to provide improved baseball opportunities to the youth of
Annapolis.Through this
partnership our players will have improved facilities including indoor training
facilities and lighted fields for Tuesday and Friday night games.
Although our registration process will change, our club will basically run the same and remain to be a PARENT RUN ORGANIZATION. VOLUNTEERS FOR COMMISSIONERS, COACHES, AND HELP WITH THE OPENING DAY PARADE WILL STILL BE NEEDED!!
Updates on registration and
the 2010 season will continue to be posted on this site.
The Annapolis Baseball Club
will continue to be a member of the Cal Ripken Youth Baseball Association, with
opportunities for those players to play post-season baseball at a competitive
level.
