Annadel Soccer Club, Santa Rosa: Policy & Procedures
Refunds are granted only under the following terms and conditions:
SECTION I: A refund is defined as the annual player registration fee ($90.00) minus $25.00 processing fee. The amount will be a maximum of $55.00. Prior to May 31, 2008. (Raffle and Volunteer Fees are not refundable)
SECTION II: Refunds, as defined above, will be processed only if writen request is received at the club addres, Attn: Treasurer, 1275 4th Street, PMB 359, Santa Rosa, CA 95404 by no later than May 31, 2008. There must be a reason stated in this request.Please be patient, refunds will be processed within 30 work days of receipt.
SECTION III: No refunds will be granted for any reason after May 31, 2008.
A $25.00 FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR ALL “RETURNED CHECKS”. All refund requests must be done in writing and sent to our Treasurer at 1275 4th Street, PMB 359, Santa Rosa, CA 95404. No Refunds will be honored without written notice sent to the registrar.
SECTION IV: If a player requests a transfer to another Club/League, Annadel will keep a $25.00 processing fee. The balance of the fees collected will be transferred to the new Club/League. If there are any additional charges by the new
Club/League, they are the responsibility of the player, and/or his/her family. All other provisions of the timetables in Sections I, II & III above shall be in effect.

Annadel Youth Soccer Club has instituted a program with Sportsmanship as its ultimate goal. We are hoping that this award program is the start of a great tradition for all involved.
