Can You Say "Elite 32"

Congratulations to Angels Baseball on recieving a bid to the The Elite Major World Series.  Disney's Wide World of Sports Complex. We are one of the final 32 teams. It should be awesome.  We went from pool play 2-0 number #1 seed and racked up another four wins to win the Championship...  

 We scored a total of 40 runs and allowed 10 runs.

Angels Baseball is devoted to developing our youth to become better players.  We strive to show our players that baseball is challenging and fun.  We will play against the toughest competition to showcase our athletes against the very best.  We practice hard and play hard. Our goal is to qualify for the Elite 32 World Series held at the Disney Sports Complex in Orlando, Florida, July 11-19th , 2009.  The Elite 32 is filled through 17 Super NITs that result in 21 berths.  Additionally, last year’s champion and runner-up each receive a berth and one at large team is invited.   This year’s schedule is aimed at achieving our goal of participating in the Elite 32 World Series.  We may play in four Super NIT tournaments beginning with a trip to Arizona in mid March.  The Elite 32 represents the best competition select baseball has to offer.  Remember, great things happen when you wear the Red and Navy of Angels Baseball.

 

ANGELS BASEBALL!  

The Angels Baseball Organization is home to a nationally recognized 12U select baseball team.  The team consists of players from San Antonio, Boerne, and the surrounding area.  2009 marks the fourth year of playing competitive baseball.  Angels Baseball competes against teams ranked in the National Top 25 by travelballselect.com, and at the highest divisions of USSSA Baseball, Nations Baseball, and Super Series Baseball. 

We welcome you and your family to share in our team's success in the 2009 season.  Our program provides fundamental instruction in hitting, catching, fielding, and pitching to players that love the game of baseball.  We believe in character, spirit, commitment and teamwork.  

Our players have created life long memories while playing national caliber teams from across the United States.  There is not one organization in San Antonio that can come close to that.  It takes a lot of hard work, dedication, and commitment from each parent and player to make this possible.

Our core qualities are Discipline, Leadership, Sportmanship and Never Accept Defeat Attitude in practice, games and off the field.

One team one motto; "Big Time All The Time" simply means this - "the team comes first....give 110% 100% of the time....never say die....never accept defeat".
