6U, 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U, HS Fastpitch Players are eligible according to their age as of DECEMBER 31, 2009. Slowpitch Players are eligible based on their current Grade level.

6U Coach Pitch - Practices & ALL GAMES will take place in Anderson Township. Teams get 12 games & weekly pre-season practices, practices begin in April; games begin in May.

• Individual Player Price: $60 per player (Price includes field, equipment & standard uniform costs)

8U Coach Pitch - Practices & HOME GAMES will take place in Anderson Township; AWAY GAMES will take place at various locations in neighboring Townships. Teams will be entered in the Eastern Hill 8 & Under Girls Softball League. Teams get 12 games & weekly pre-season practices, practices begin in April; games begin in May.

• Individual Player Price: $70 per player (Price includes umpire, field, equipment & standard uniform costs)

10U, 12U, 14U FP, & HS FP* - Practice & HOME GAMES will take place in Anderson Township; AWAY GAMES will take place at various locations throughout Cincinnati. Teams will be entered in the Southwest Ohio Girls Fastpitch Association Leagues, a USSSA sanctioned organization. Teams get 14 games & 2 weekly pre-season practices, practices begin in April; games begin in May (June for the 14U and High School Fastpitch Divisions).

• Individual Player Price: $100 per player (Price includes umpires, sanctioning, field, equipment & standard uniform costs. Additional fees for tournament play paid at time of selection)

* High School players must have OHSAA eligibility for the 2010-2011 school year.

Juniors, Seniors, & Boys Slowpitch - Games and practices are held Monday through Friday, no weekend dates are regularly scheduled. Games are scheduled at either 6:00 PM or 7:30 PM. Practices begin in April; games are in May and June.

Slowpitch is open to players in the following grades:

• Girls: Grades 7-9 (Juniors) & Grades 10-12 (Seniors)
• Boys: Grades 10 – 12.

Player must be 19 years or younger and still in school.

• Individual Player Price: $65 per player (Price includes umpires, field, equipment & standard uniform costs)

All team registrations must be approved by AYS Board.

Post season tournaments are optional.

DEADLINES:

Pre-Registration: Until Friday, January 15th, 2009 (Players who Pre-Register save $5 off Reg Fee! Payment not due until Registration Deadline)

Registration: Ends Monday, February 1, 2010 Extended to February 8th, 2010

Late Sign-up: $20 Additional Fee for late sign-up (Registrations received after February 8, 2010 are not guaranteed placement on a team, and may be placed on the waiting list)

Registrations are accepted on a first come, first served basis. AYS reserves the right to modify &/or cancel teams with insufficient registration.

Instructions for Registering:

1. Select the appropriate division from the list below. A player can play "UP" one division, meaning that they can play in an age level older than they are, with the approval of the Division Coordinator. No one is permitted to play "DOWN" meaning that they play in an age level younger than they are.

2. Once you select the appropriate division, you will be directed to the proper registration form.

3. This form must be completed by the parent/legal guardian of the player being registered.

4. Complete all required lines of the registration form.

5. Complete the "REGISTRATION FORM CERTIFICATION" located at the bottom of the page. Registrations completed and submitted by anyone other than the player's parent or legal guardian could result in the player being excluded from participating in the season.

6. After you complete the form, click the "Submit Your Registration Information" button located at the bottom of the page.

7. You will receive an email confirming your registration and shortly after, a completed copy of your reg form via email.

8. Please print a copy of this reg form, sign it, and send in with payment to complete registration (Registration is not complete until Signed Copy is received with payment).
