MISSION STATEMENT
Lacrosse: The ancient game Native Americans used to teach the lessons of life
Our Mission: To promote the game of lacrosse and to provide a safe and fun opportunity for the young men and women who register with us to play club lacrosse. We will emphasize the development of self-esteem, good sportsmanship, fitness, acheivement, teamwork and skill through the playing of the game of lacrosse.
CODES OF CONDUCT I. Players Code of Conduct
I WILL: Play lacrosse because I want to. Show respect for all coaches, teammates, referees and parents. Learn and play by the rules. Have fun! Show my best sportsmanship at practices and games. Keep my commitment to my coach and team by being properly equipped and on time to practices and games. Notify my coach if I am going to miss or be late for a game or practice.
I WILL NOT Use inappropriate language. Argue with referees. Knowingly participate in dangerous or illegal play.
II. Parents Code of Conduct Respect my child, the teammates, coaches, referees, and other parents (including our opponents). Recognize the value and importance of volunteer coaches and will show my respect for their time with prompt attendance at practices and games, giving my support on and off the field. Note: it is my responsibility to pick up my child a the conclusion of practices and games. Exhibit positive and supportive sideline behavior. Assist my child in every way toward skill improvement and good sportsmanship. Allow the coach to "coach" and refrain from instructing players on the field. Notify the coach or designated individual if my child will miss a practice or game. Be a positive role model, showing good sportsmanship to the coaches, players and referees (including the opposition). Remain in a spectators area away from coaches and players benches.

Orangemen Team Rules
1) ACADEMIC STANDING: Players must maintain a 2.0 gpa and be a full time student in their local High School. Players falling below the 2.0 gpa are ineligible to play. Coaches will check academic standing throughout the season. Players falling below the 2.0 gpa may be reinstated when grade are improved.
2) BEHAVIOR AND RESPECT: Players will respect coaches, officials, team members, parents and any other person affiliate with Anderson Lacrosse. Failure to conduct ones behavior as determined by the team coordinator can result in being dismissed from the team. Acceptable behavior is expected on and off the field.
