Frequently Asked Questions (Will update frequently as questions arrise)

Q: When will I know what team my player is on and the game schedule

A: Teams and games times for these teams should be posted by Monday 10/14. So far the majority of players are from AOR and Far North with a few from DW and AW. Nunaka Valley got the word out today and additional emails will go out tonight to the league officials.

Q: My player is a 10U or 8U and cant make the scheduled practice. Can he participate in the other sessions?
A: Yes.  If your player cannot make a scheduled practice they can participate in the other.

Q: What do we wear.
A: You can wear non metal cleats on the turf or good cross trainers. When possible we will warm up on the gym side. The gym rules are non-marking soles. Cleats will mark the gym floor so if your player will be wearing cleats please have them bring shoes for the gym as well.
Since this is baseball the practice attire is an appropriate t-shirt with BB pants, socks and hat and glove. The plan is to order uniforms for the players but I need to pay for the turf first.

Q: Wear can I find the schedule for the games and practices
A: The scheduled times for session one can be found at http://www.eteamz.com/anchorageyouthbaseballassociation

Q: My player has friends who are interested in joining is there still room.
A: At this time we have approximattly 10-14 slots in the 10U and 20 slots in the 8U open. The word is still getting out to the various participants of the local Little Leagues with additional registratnts daily. Ive been in conversations with a-lot of people and many of those have not registered yet.
