Rating Day: July 6th.

(Practice will start August 1st, 2013)

WHO IS ELIGIBLE:     Boys and Girls ages 4 ½ to 18 years old as of August 1, 2013

PROOF OF AGE:    All new players must bring a certified birth certificate, or U.S. Alien Registration Card or Certificate of Naturalization, passport and a copy for the league to keep on file.  These documents are used to verify age only.  All children are accepted.  Hospital Certificates are not acceptable proof of age NO EXCEPTIONS. We are also requesting a copy of the last report card for children 12 AND OLDER. You must have all of the documents to register your child, NO EXCEPTIONS!

 REFEREES:            Anyone, 12 years of age or older, interested in refereeing, please contact us at 714-828-2912. Or visit our website at www.anaheimsoccer.org, and click on Referees. Ask us about our referee sponsor program too.

SPRING REGISTRATION

Any spring team that has a new player must turn in the following documentation:

  1. Cal South Player Form
  2. Birth Certificate
  3. Current Picture
  4. Registration Fee (New Players - $95) (Returning players Fall 2012-2013- $75)

Deadline for all of the documentation is Friday, March 4. Please email the registrar at reg@anaheimsoccer.org to arrange a time and place to turn in all the documentation.
