   The ASA 27th Annual Holiday Classic  registration process has been developed to provide all of your registration, payment, team roster, bracket information, game schedule and game scores online. ASA has selected Gotsoccer.com to provide an easy transition for your registration process.

Begin the registration process by completing a simple online form and creating your own User ID and Password. You may take as much time as you need to complete your application. You have the ability to return at any time and work with your application until you are ready to submit payment.

All games will be played in West Anaheim , Central Orange County. Between games or at the end of the day, Anaheim and adjacent beach cities offer visitors many unique opportunities for lodging, shopping and dining.

Anaheim Soccer Tom Young Turkey Shoot  is near the following major attractions; Disneyland Park , Disney's California Adventure Park , Downtown Disney Resort , Knott's Theme Park and Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament are located within 5 minutes of our venues.

The Anaheim Soccer Association Holiday Classic Registration Program has been developed to serve all of your application, registration, player roster, bracket information, game schedule and game score needs online, including the payment of your Tournament fee. ** PLAYER CARDS FROM 2009-2010 WILL BE ACCEPTED ** Age Groups - Boys and Girls

REGISTRATION: Teams must check-in in accordance with instructions provided with acceptance. Teams must be affiliated with FIFA and/or USSF and be affiliated with their State, Provincial or National Association. All players must have their laminated Player Passes (ID’S) and Medical Release Forms (Registration Forms). There will be no additions to the team roster after the team registers. Player Passes (ID’S) or Medical Release Forms (Registration Forms) may be accepted later by Field Marshall but only if player is listed on the official team roster at time of registration. At registration, a complete and signed Team Roster must be submitted by Coach or Manager who must certify that all players are FIFA and/or USSF 2009-2010 registered players. Teams from outside the local state association Cal South (CYSA-S) are required to provide Travel Permission forms signed by their League, State, Provincial or National Association.   You begin the application process by completing a simple form and creating your own User ID and Password for future use.You may take as much time as you need to complete your application because you will have the ability to return at any time and work with your application until you actually decide to submit it. Only then are you required to pay the appropriate Tournament fee. It must be noted that your application is not deemed submitted until your teams registration fee is paid.

Entry Fee:U8-U10$350, U11-U14$400

 

Online Registration deadline: November 30, 2009 @ midnight
Team Acceptance Notice: on/or before December 1st, 2009
Schedules Posted on Web site: Evening of November 7th, 2009
Full Refund Requested written withdrawal prior to November 30, 2009 or before team acceptance notice.

Details:

1. Teams must drop in writing or email prior to November 30th , 2009 or before team acceptance notice. Refunds provided to teams that drop prior to the deadline or before team acceptance notice, will be assessed a $50.00 transaction fee. Teams that drop after the November 30th, 2009 deadline or after team acceptance notice will forfeit their entire application fee.
2. A cancellation fee of approximately one-third of the entry fee will be withheld from each team's refund if the tournament is cancelled as a result of weather or acts of God after November 30, 2009. If the tournament is cancelled once it begins, determinations of any refunds will be determined by the Board of Directors of the Anaheim Soccer Association.
 3. Early acceptance for those teams outside of CYSA-South may be granted to those requesting consideration.
 4. There will be a Mandatory Team Registration/Crudentials Verification TBD, details of which will be included in your acceptance letter. Team Registration can be facilitated by any team representative.
5. Current 2009-2010 Season player identification cards, medical release forms (registration forms), as well as travel papers for teams not affiliated with CYSA-South are required. All Team Administrators must have access to E-mail and entries must be done through our web site. If you are ready to begin the application process, just click on the buttons above or below.
