Major
Our top division. The team rosters are filled with players 11 and 12 and select 10 year olds**. Players must attend one of our pre-season tryout sessions to be eligible for this division. Little League International has mandated that all 12 year olds play in the Major Leagues. National Players age 10,11 who have not been chosen by a Major League team and select 9 year olds**. **Children must participate in pre-season tryouts if they wish to "play-up" in a division above their age level. American Players age 8,9 and select 7 year olds** participate in this division. This is our youngest "player pitch" division and one where more baseball rules are introduced. **Children must participate in pre-season tryouts if they wish to "play-up" in a division about their age level. Minor 7 Children age 6 and 7 play using a speed-regulated pitching machine with a "safe-soft" ball. As in the Farm League, this division is designed purely for fun, instruction and skill development. Farm An introduction to organized baseball for our 5 year olds. Players hit from a tee while learning the basics of the game. A soft cloth ball is used to insure safety. |
