Amherst Athletic Association: Field Master Calendars
How to use Master Calendar/Reserving a Field
The Amherst Athletic Association maintains these master calendars in order to assign field use priorities. All events listed have priority on the field. If no event is listed on the calendar for a particular field at the time you wish to use it, it is treated as first come, first served. If you wish to reserve a field for your use, please send an email requesting the field, date and time, you would like to reserve, as well as your team/organization name at least 24 hours in advance. Requests should be emailed to amherstball@gmail.com. You will receive a confirmation email when your reservation has been processed.
