AMERICAN FREEDOM PARTNERS WITH PREMIER PROSPECTS
Premier Prospects announces it has become the new official training facility for the American Freedom Fastpitch Softball Club. Premier Prospects offers the most complete, state-of-the-art softball training facility in North Texas. The American Freedom has grown to become one of the largest and best fastpitch clubs in North Texas, with 11 teams in age groups from 18u Gold to 10u. The American Freedom also has emerged as a regional leader in hosting college skills clinics open to all softball players. Last year alone, the American Freedom hosted 6 different skills clinics, featuring more than 30 different college coaches, who worked with more than 350 different players from almost every major travel club in Texas."We are honored to be a part of the American Freedom's softball organizations, which shares our same vision," said Premier Prospects owner Ron Vaughn. "Our mission is to help develop strong, elite teams and players through positive attitudes and training in the fundamentals of softball." Premier Prospects offers indoor and outdoor training facilities, practice fields, instructors, and learning environment for both the serious travel ball player and recreational players of all ages. AMERICAN FREEDMOM GOLD FINAL TRYOUT FOR SUMMER 2013
On Sunday, May 12 from 1-4 p.m., the American Freedom Gold and the AF Gold (Rinehart) will host a joint tryout for their summer rosters. Both teams are looking for a couple of players. Tryouts will be a Premier Prospects, 825 E. Business SH 121, Lewisville, Tx. Players still in high school playoffs who can not tryout should contact us at americanfreedomgold@yahoo.com.

AMERICAN FREEDOM GOLD WELCOMES 9 TO FALL/SUMMER ROSTER
In American Freedom Gold welcomes 7 new players and two 16u AF players moving up to its 2012-13 roster, including some of the best talent in North Texas. New players include: Tori Charters (2013, OF, Keller, Tx., Louisiana Tech University); Hannah LeBeau (2013, 1st/3rd, Keller, Tx., Southern Nazarene University); Rylan Harvey (2013, RHP/UT/Hitter, Barbers Hill, Tx.); Emily Acuna (2014, 2nd/SS, Frisco, Tx.) Morgan Catrone (2014, Catcher/UT, Gilmer, Tx.); Callee Guffey (2014, RHP/1st, Waco, Tx.); Carolina Sanchez (2014, RHP, Shreveport, La.); Krissy Fontillas (2015, SS/UT, McKinney, Tx.); and Kennedy Legg (2016, Catcher/UT, Keller, Tx.).The American Freedom Gold would like to add an additional left-side slapper with tremendous speed in the 2.65-sec. range home to first. AMERICAN FREEDOM SUMMER EXPOSURE HOSTS 32 TEAMS, 6 STATES
In only its second year, the American Freedom 2nd Annual Summer Exposure Invitational held July 20-22, 2012, featured 28 total college coaches and 32 top regional travel teams from 6 states, including Arkansas, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Texas. All teams play all games at the one, 4-field Allen Station Sports Complex, in Allen, Tx., which is one of the finest facilities in the Dallas area and the state. The American Freedom is committed to continuing to grow this event to become one of the premier, late-summer recruiting events in the Southwest region. AMERICAN FREEDOM GOLD (Soefje)'s MACY RIOS VERBALS TO WASHBURN
The American Freedom Gold (Soefje)'s Macy Rios (2013, OF) has verballed to play for head coach Vanessa Bacerra at Washburn University, which plays in the Mid-American Intercollegiate Athletic Association. Ms. Rios joined the AF Gold as a sophomore. She is a standout player for Allen High School, where she was named 2012 2nd Team All District.
AMERICAN FREEDOM GOLD (Soefje)'s LORA BLACKWELL VERBALS TO SFA
The American Freedom Gold (Soefje)'s Lora Blackwell (2013, 2nd/UT) has verballed to play for head coach Gay McNutt at Stephen F. Austin University, which plays in the Southland Conference. In Summer 2011, Ms. Blackwell played for the 16u AF (Rinehart). Ms. Blackwell is a standout player for Coppell High School. She becomes the 21st NCAA Div. I player committed by the AF Gold (Soefje).

AMERICAN FREEDOM GOLD (Soefje)'s KRISTA WILLIAMS VERBALS TO McNEESE
The American Freedom Gold (Soefje)'s Krista Williams (2013, Catcher/3rd) has verballed to play for head coach Mike Smith at McNeese State University, which currently competes in the NCAA Div. I Southland Conference. Ms. Williams is a standout player at Forney High School, which advanced to the 2011 Class 4A State Tournament. She is a Catcher of the Year and two-time 1st Team All District nominee. Ms. Williams becomes the 20th NCAA DIv. I player committed by the AF Gold (Soefje) and the 35nd player overall.

AMERICAN FREEDOM GOLD (Soefje)'s KAITLYN THOMAS VERBALS TO UIW
The American Freedom Gold (Soefje)'s Kaitlyn Thomas (2013, OF) has verballed to play for head coach Todd Bradley at the University of Incarnate Word. In 2011, the UIW Cardinals claimed a share of the South Division Championship in the powerful NCAA Div. II Lone Star Conference. UIW is hoping to move to the NCAA Div. I Southland Conference this year. Ms. Thomas is a standout player at Denton Guyer High School, where she earned 1st Team All Area, 1st Team All District, and Academic All District.

AMERICAN FREEDOM GOLD (Soefje)'s CALLI IRVIN VERBALS TO MEMPHIS
The American Freedom Gold (Soefje)'s Calli Irvin (2013, RHP/1st) has verballed to play for head coach Natalie Poole at the University of Memphis, which currently competes in the NCAA Div. I Conference USA and will move to the Big East Conference in 2013. Ms. Irvin is a standout player at Plano Sr. High School this season after two years at Mt. Vernon H.S., where she earned 1st Team All District and Team MVP. In Summer 2011, Ms. Irvin played for the 16u AF (Rinehart). Ms. Irvin becomes the 19th NCAA DIv. I player committed by the AF Gold (Soefje) and the 33nd player overall.
