AMERICAN FREEDOM RANKED #2 IN NORTH TEXAS, #62 NATIONALLY            
The American Freedom Fastpitch Softball Club has been named as the #62 ranked travel fastpitch softball club in the United States by Triple Crown/US National Poll, which has become the nation's leading rankings of elite travel clubs. The AF Gold is ranked overall #2 in North Texas and #8 in Texas. In addition to the overall national rankings, the AF Gold also was ranked #42 nationally on the College Player Index (CPI), which tracks travel clubs actual placement of players in NCAA Div. I and II college programs over the last 5 years. The AF Gold was #3 in North Texas, #8 in Texas, and among the youngest programs in the national Top 50. For a complete poll, click HERE

AMERICAN FREEDOM GOLD FINISH 3rd in RONALD McDONALD BRACKETT
           
The American Freedom Gold took third in their Ronald McDonald bracket with a 6-0 win over the Texas Magic Gold. The AF Gold opened bracket play with a win over the Washington LadyHawks, but then fell in the second round to the Sudden Impact. The AF Gold played in front of more than 40 college coaches over the two-day event.

AMERICAN FREEDOM FUTURES WINS BRACKET AT 16u RONALD McDONALD           
The American Freedom Futures went undefeated to win their Bracket Champions at the 2013 16u Ronald McDonald. The AF Futures is made up of eight 16u-eligible 2016 and 2017 players who also compete on the AF Gold, and six 2017 players from the 16u AF (Hodo). This AF Futures defeated the main Texas Bombers Futures team 6-0 in the Championship game after knocking off the OK Gametime Stars '97 in the semi-final round.

AMERICAN FREEDOM HOSTING INAUGURAL FALL INVITATIONAL SHOWCASE TOURNAMENT           
The American Freedom Fastpitch Softball Club will host its Inaugural American Freedom Fall Exposure Invitational on November 9-10, 2013, at Allen Station Sports Complex in Allen, Station. This 16-team inviational showcase and tournament will feature some of the top travel clubs in a 3-state area, including Kansas, Oklahoma, and Texas. Teams include: the American Freedom (Soefje), American Freedom (Rinehart), Austin Storm, CF Intruders, Ft. Worth Batbusters, Houston Power, Kansas Renegades, MC Elite (Drude), OK Exclusive, OK Exclusive Futures 16u, SA Hitt, Team Kansas Gold, Texas Blaze, Texas Rapid Fire, Tulsa Shootout, and Texas Trouble. AMERICAN FREEDOM ACCEPTING ENTRIES INTO THE 4TH ANNUAL AF SUMMER EXPOSURE   
The American Freedom 4th Annual Summer Exposure Invitational is now accepting application. This event will be held on July 13-14, 2014, in Allen (Dallas), Texas. Last year, this event featured 28 total college coaches and 24 top regional travel teams from 6 states, including Arkansas, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Texas. All teams play all games at the one, 4-field Allen Station Sports Complex, which is one of the finest fastpitch-only facilities in the Dallas area and the state. This year, the AF will hold its showcase in conjunction with the AF/Division I and AF/Division II College Clinics, where more than 200 top travel players representing most of the top travel clubs in the Southwest participated in individual skills clinic with two dozen NCAA DIv. I c& II ollege coaches. The American Freedom is committed to continuing to grow this event to become one of the premier, late-summer recruiting events in the Southwest region. AMERICAN FREEDOM'S TORI CHARTERS SELECTED TO CANADIAN JUNIOR TEAM
The American Freedom Gold congratulates Tori Charters (2013, OF/Lefty Slapper, Keller, Tx.), who has been selected to the 2013 Canadian Junior National Team. Ms. Charters will represented Canada at the ISF X Junior Women's World Championships in Brampton, Ontario from July 1-7 before rejoining the American Freedom Gold at the Triple Crown/USA National Championships in Reno, Nevada, on July 15-19. Ms. Charters is among the fastest players in Canada and Texas. She has signed to play for new head coach Mark Montgomery at Louisiana Tech University, which competes in the NCAA DIv. I Conference USA.

AMERICAN FREEDOM PARTNERS WITH PREMIER PROSPECTS
Premier Prospects announces it has become the new official training facility for the American Freedom Fastpitch Softball Club. Premier Prospects offers the most complete, state-of-the-art softball training facility in North Texas. The American Freedom has grown to become one of the largest and best fastpitch clubs in North Texas, with 11 teams in age groups from 18u Gold to 10u. The American Freedom also has emerged as a regional leader in hosting college skills clinics open to all softball players. Last year alone, the American Freedom hosted 6 different skills clinics, featuring more than 30 different college coaches, who worked with more than 350 different players from almost every major travel club in Texas."We are honored to be a part of the American Freedom's softball organizations, which shares our same vision," said Premier Prospects owner Ron Vaughn. "Our mission is to help develop strong, elite teams and players through positive attitudes and training in the fundamentals of softball." Premier Prospects offers indoor and outdoor training facilities, practice fields, instructors, and learning environment for both the serious travel ball player and recreational players of all ages.
