The AMA (Alpine-West Menlo & Menlo Atherton) Softball Program aspires to be an outstanding educational-softball organization that provides a well rounded, high-quality experience to every player. A well rounded/high-quality experience is one in which every player:
- Is coached using the principles of Positive Coaching.
- Has fun playing the game.
- Feels like an important part of the team regardless of performance.
- Learns life lessonsthat have value beyond the playing field.
- Learns the skills, tactics and strategies of softball and improves as a player.
