Raiders take the field for the first time

Raider Baseball History
Alpharetta High School opened in 2004 and the Raider Baseball team took the field for the first time on March 4, 2005, christening the field with a win over Westlake High School. Principal John Burke threw out the first pitch. The opening day varsity was:

Senior - Justin Coggins
Junior - Keith Jensen
Sophomores - Chris Duncan, Alex Michaels, Taylor Scherer, Ryan Schrantz, Paul Schwendel
Freshmen - Kyle Brown, J. C. Cook, Bobby DeLuria, Matt Fasano, Zach Garrett, Evan Green, Bradford Mattox, Bruce Nyland, Andrew Palmer
