| Hi, Good site about the Cheer leaders. When you see all the hardwork the teams do it is really unbelievable. Also they have to be fit and do regular excercise. I sometime jog 2 miles on Treadmills and get tired. I can just imagine how hard the team has to train for cheerleading. Thanks, KD |
