Try-outs for AUFLL Baseball All Star Teams will begin this weekend for the 11/12 and 10/11 year old teams at Byron Johnson Fields.   See below for the All Star Try-Out Schedule:

• 11/12 Year Old Team - Sunday June 15, 2008 at 6:00 PM and again on Monday June 16,2008 at 5:30 PM on BJ-1 ;

• 10/11 Year Old Team - Sunday June 15, 2008 at 6:00 PM and again on Monday June 16, 2008 at 5:30 PM on BJ-2;

• 9/10 Year Old Team - Tuesday June 17, 2008 at 5:45 PM on BJ-2;

• 9 Year Old In-House Team - Wednesday, June 18, 2008 at 6:00 PM at High School Field 1.

All children that registered were contacted via e-mail with this information. Please make every effort to attend the try-outs and good luck to all of the children that registered.

As soon as it is available, information on the 7 and 8 year old teams will be posted.  If you registered, you will be contacted via e-mail.

The AUFLL 9/10 Year Old Girls Softball All-Star Try-outs will be Monday night, June 16th, at the Byron Johnson Softball field at 5PM till 6:30 PM

We will also have a scheduled session on Tuesday, June 17th at 6PM and again on Wednesday, June 18th at 6PM at Byron Johnson Softball field (BJ-3).

Our AUFLL Tournament of Champions (TOC) Team, Allentown Quality Communications - Athletics (Fallia BB Majors #3) won its first three (3) games in the opening round of the TOC playoffs.  Congratulations to the Athletics!!

Thursday Game 1 - Allentown 14, East Windsor 0;

Friday Game 2 - Allentown 5, Bordentown 1;

Saturday Game 3 - Allentown 7, Millstone-Roosevelt 6 (come from behind victory).

The Championship round starts this Saturday, June 14th with AUFLL versus Ewing at 1:00 PM at Bordentown Little League. Please come out and support the team in its quest for the first ever TOC District 12 playoffs. The final game will be held at 12:00 Noon June 15, 2008 at Bordentown.

The schedule for the AUFLL Majors and Minors Baseball Playoffs are as follows:

Baseball Minors Playoffs Schedule

 On Saturday April 15, 2008, AUFLL participated in the league’s first installment of the Aquafina Major League Baseball Pitch, Hit, & Run competition. A total of 85 players (boys and girls) from the Allentown / Upper Freehold Little League participated in the competition. Each player had the opportunity to pitch for accuracy, hit for distance, and run against the clock. Champions were crowned in the 7/8, 9/10, 11/12, and 13/14 age groups, with each player advancing to the Sectional competition, which will be held during the month of May. Winners at the Sectional level advance to Team Championships, with the top performers advancing to the championship round at Yankee Stadium during the All-Star Game in July.
