Family Day
- Saturday, February 13, 2010, at Granada Park, Diamond 1
- Tee Ball and Tiny divisions meet at 10:00 a.m.
- Minor, Major and Junior divisions meet at 12 Noon
- Come meet your new team manager, coaches and teammates.
- Come hungry and enjoy the League fundraiser lunch.
- Receive your box of candy for the League fundraiser - One box per family.
Skills Clinic for T-Ball, Baseball and Softball
- Saturday, February 20, 2010, 8:45 a.m. to 12 Noon, at Moor Field (Shorb & 8th Street)
- It's an excellent opportunity for new and experienced players to learn fundamental skills or brush-up for the coming season!
- The FREE clinic includes a FREE lunch for all participants.
- Instruction provided by Alhambra High School Varsity Baseball & Softball players and coaching staffs.

Opening Day
- Saturday, March 6, 2010, at Granada Park, Diamond 1
- 10 am: T-Ball & Tiny Divisions
- 12 pm: Minor, Major, Junior Divisions
- Always an event to look forward to! Put on that new uniform, bring your family and friends to help kick-off the 2010 season!
- Enjoy food and drink, sold by teams as they fundraise for the season.
OTHER IMPORTANT LEAGUE INFORMATION:
Candy Sale!
- Every AALL family is required to sell 1 box of candy (50 candy bars.)
- Candy will be distributed at Family Day – Saturday, February 13, 2009.
- $50 payment is due no later than Tuesday, March 4, 2009 from 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. at Granada Park Snack Bar.
- Payment days and times are: February 16, 18, 23, 25 and March 2 and 4 from 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. at Granada Park Snack Bar.
- Failure to pay will result in no trophy, ineligibility for Scholar Athletes Awards, no pictures, and no post-season play (All Stars).
Water and Gatorade Donations
- Tiny, Minor, Major, Junior BB and SB Families are required to donate 1 case of Gatorade to the snack bar. (Case should have 24 bottles of at least 24 ounces.)
- T-Ball families are required to donate 1 case of water to the snack bar. (Case should have at least 24 bottles of at least 16 ounces.)
- Schedule of delivery to be announced by Team Mom.
- These fundraisers help pay for uniforms, equipment, awards, umpires, etc. Thank you for your support!
Families Helping Families
- In order to help keep costs down, AALL is collecting gently used belts, shirts, pants, bats and gloves that you might have from past seasons. Please bring them with you to the skills clinics and Family Day. Items will be made available to families before Opening Day.
More Important News:
- Keep all comments and actions positive and encouraging.
- Please pick up all trash after all games and practices. Thank you!
- The Buddy System - It is always safer when children do things with a BUDDY! A buddy can be mom, dad, a friend, a sibling, etc. Children should use the buddy system when using a public restroom. Parents may escort their children to the restroom. The parent can easily stand outside the door if the child is the opposite sex from the parent. If you are standing outside you may even want to carry on a conversation with the child through the door (or crack the door just a bit).
