**41st Annual Little League Day at Dodger Stadium** Dodgers vs. Padres - Saturday, April 14th
Are you ready for some Dodger baseball? The Los Angeles Dodgers welcome District 18 and Alhambra American Little League for the 41st Annual Little League Day at Dodger Stadium. Come out and watch as the Los Angeles Dodgers take on the San Diego Padres Opening Day weekend. Game time is 6:10 p.m. Giveaway Night: Dodger Stadium Replica. Lower reserve seats only $17/ticket. All ticket orders and payments are due by April 5th. Order forms can be found under the forms section of the website, from your team mom or at the snack bar.

**Picture Day, March 25th Postponed**
Due to the strong possibility of rain this Sunday, March 25th, AALL Picture Day has been postponed. It has been rescheduled for Sunday, April 22nd at Granada Park - Diamond 1. Please see your team mom for picture time and order forms for additional pictures. Keep in mind, your registration fee includes a basic picture package. Order forms are for any additional pictures you would like to purchase.
**REMINDER - No Flash Photography**
For the safety of the players, please remember, no flash photography during games. The flash of the camera can potentialy distract a player or obstruct his/her view. We want to make sure all our players are safe and focused at all times. If you see anyone taking pictures with a flash, please help us by kindly reminding them not to. Thank you for your help and cooperation.
**OPENING DAY CEREMONY**
Saturday, March 10th at Granada Park
Are you ready to play ball?? This Saturday, March 10th kicks off our 59th season of Little League baseball/softball. Put on that new uniform and come out and join in all the festivities. Ceremony for t-ball and tiny divisions start at 10 a.m. Ceremony for minor, major and senior divisions start at 12 p.m. We look forward to seeing everyone at Granada Park.
**MANDATORY Scorekeepers Clinic 3/3**
Mandatory Scorekeepers clinic will be held this Saturday, March 3rd at Granada Park Diamond 1 from 9-11 a.m. ALL teams, except t-ball, must send a representative to learn how to keep the official scorekeeper's book. This person must be dedicated and willing to learn how to keep the official book. If a team does not have an official scorekeeper on the days when they are the home team, they will lose home field advantage. If you're interested in becoming an official scorekeeper, please contact your team Manager or Team Mom.

**SKILLS CLINIC - Saturday, February 18**
Come join us this Saturday, February 18 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Moor Field for our annual FREE skills clinic. Instruction will be provided by the Alhambra High School Varsity Baseball & Softball coaches and players. It is an excellent opportunity for new and experienced players to learn fundamental skills and brush up for the up-coming season. Skills Clinic is open to all Alhambra American baseball and softball divisions. Lunch will be provided to all players in attendance.

Wednesday, February 15th @ 7 p.m. will be the Team Mom meeting. Due to rain, the Team Mom meeting has been moved to the Granada Park Activity Room (at the top of the hill). ALL new and returning Team Moms must submit a volunteer application along with a copy of their drivers license. Applications can be found under the Handouts and Forms section of this website.
Managers - due to rain, tonight's equipment pick-up has been cancelled. Equipment pick-up has been rescheduled for tomorrow, February 16th from 7 - 8:30 p.m. at Granada Park Snack Bar (equipment room).

Step 2) ALL returning and new players must bring in verification documentation. A FINAL make-up tryout date has been added on Saturday, February 4th @ 9 a.m. for ALL DIVISIONS. We will also be accepting payments and documents for verification at this time.

If you were not able to attend tryouts this past Saturday, AALL has added another mandatory tryout day for all new and returning players. All divisions, baseball and softball, will start promptly at 9 a.m. This will be your FINAL opportunity to tryout. If you do not tryout, team assignment will be designated by a hat pick at the team draft. Please come at least 15 minutes early to check in and get a number.

And, AALL is proud to announce on-line registration!!
All new and returning players can now be registered on-line. Registration is a two part process. First, register your child on-line at http://www.leaguesoft.net/aall/. Second, bring the required documents to one of the dates below. See attached flyers for website details and registration requirements in the Handout & Forms section of the website.
January 7 & 14 at Granada Park from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m.
January 21 & 28 at Moor Field from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Mandatory tryouts will be on Saturday, January 21 & 28 at Moor Field located at 1070 S. 8th Street, Alhambra, CA 91801. There will also be registration opportunites at tryouts. However, if your child is trying out, you will need to be there early in order to fill out paperwork and you should expect long lines. Returning Junior and Major division players, as well as, 4, 5, and 6 year old T-Ball players do not need to try out.

If you are interesed in managing or coaching an Alhambra American Little League team this season, please complete and print the 2012 Little League Volunteer Application and the 2012 Managers and Coaches Application found in the Handouts & Forms section of this website.
Once both applications are completely filled out, deliver them and a copy of your drivers license to us at any of the AALL registration dates. We especially need T-Ball managers and coaches.
