Eric Williams - Head Coach - University of Nebraska/Omaha
Coach Williams is originally from Omaha Nebraska, where he played baseball while attending Westside High School and the University of Nebraska at Omaha. He moved to Virginia in 1983 while serving in the United States Coast Guard Presidential Honor Guard. Eric's coaching experience includes six years as a varsity assistant coach at Robert E. Lee High School in Springfield, where he helped head coach David Gardziel guide the Lancers to three regional appearances and a third place finish in the state. He also spent two years as a varsity assistant coach at Annandale High School, under the tutelage of Terry Brown. Coach Williams served as an associate head coach in the Valley Baseball League with the Haymarket Senators in 2006 and 2007. He also has served as an assistant coach with the Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology (www.tjhsst.edu) Colonials Baseball Team during their 2008, 2009 season, as well as also coaching in Alexandria during the upcoming 2010 season. Coach Williams served as head coach during the Aces 2008 inaugural season, as well as the team's 2009 campaign, and his combined two-season record of 33-and-49.
Adam Redd - Pitching Coach - Virginia Tech
Coach Redd, a 2007 graduate from Virginia Tech, joined the Aces staff for its 2009 season. Adam served as a valuable contribution to the pitching squad during his time at Virginia Tech, earning the MVP award for two consecutive years as a reliever, closer and starter. Adam additionally played for the Bethesda Big Train from 2002 to 2006. After graduating, Adam joined the Public Safety Media Group where he managed online accounts for the law enforcement industry. He is currently an assistant coach at Centreville High School in Centreville, Virginia.
Kemba Ford – Head Trainer - The George Washington University
Kemba Ford has been a certified athletic trainer for Fairfax County Public Schools since 2002. Kemba is a native Washingtonian, received her Bachelor of Science degree from The George Washington University in 2000, and her Master of Science Degree from Syracuse University in 2002. Aside from athletic training, Kemba also teaches at West Springfield High School in Springfield, Virginia. Kemba has served as the Aces' head trainer during the team's 2008 inaugural season, along with 2009, and will return for her third season in 2010.
