Subject:     2013 AL DYB “Dixie Jamborees”  

The 2012 Dixie Jamborees were a huge success! In response to the demand for tournament team practice opportunities Alabama Dixie Youth Baseball is pleased to announce that we hope to offer more Dixie Jamborees locations thru-out the state in June 2013. The Dixie Jamborees give DYB tournament teams the opportunity to come and play practice games to prepare them for tournament play.

So far for 2013 we have commitments from Muscle Shoals (District 11), Enterprise (District 9), Glencoe (District 8) and AUM (District 5) to host Dixie Jamborees. The Dixie Jamborees will be played Saturday, June 8th. As soon as the details are finalized we will post information here on the website and do a mail out to all leagues. Please contact your DIstrict Director and let him know your interest in the Dixie Jamborees.
