ATC Registration:

Registration for the 2009 track & field season will be held February 19th at the Albuquerque Academy track from 5:30 p.m. through 7:00 p.m.  Athletes can also register during any practice throughout the season. 

Make sure to bring your (returning athletes also need to fill out all forms):

1. Athlete Registration form

2. Medical Information form

3. Code of Conduct form

We also need to see the athletes birth certificate for verification.  We do not require a copy.  Forms can be printed by clicking Registration Information below.

Attention:

All athletes are required to have a current USA Track & Field card.  If their Track & Field card is current (expires in 12/31/2009), no action is necessary.  We encourage parents to purchase the Track & Field card on line at www.usatf.org.  The cost for the Track & Field card is $19.95.  If it is purchased after November 1st it will be valid through 12/31/2009.  The ATC Club number is 245.

Please provide a copy of the on line registration with all other registration materials.
