About ATC

ATC has been associated with the New Mexico USA Track & Field Association, Region Ten, since 1988 (the USA Track & Field and New Mexico USA Track & Field web sites can be seen using the "Links" label).

All of our Coaches are donating their time to make running, a life time experience. Many (if not all) of the ATC Coaches have or have had athletes on the team, which adds to the "Family" experience!  Please take the time to meet all the ATC coaches, they are the BEST!

The ATC goal is to bring Friendship, Good Sportsmanship and Pride to all the athletes on our team. From cross country running (September through December) and Outdoor Track and Field (March through July), it is truly a family sport!

The Albuquerque Track Club is governed by a Board of Directors (you can find information on each board member by clicking on the "Board" label). They meet each month during the season to insure that the club is operating as a safe and enjoyable running club.

ATC is open to athletes age 7 years old through 18 (high school athletes may participate after their high school season is over unless they receive special permission from their high school coach).

Racewalking has become a large part of the ATC program.  We have had many State, Regional and National champions over the last eighteen years.  Many of the records at the State and Regional level have been held by ATC athletes for many years.

A long time ATC athlete, Curtis Beach was awarded the 2007 male Co-Athlete of the year.  If you have not seen this young man compete, you are missing a great performance from a great athlete.  Great Job Curtis!

ATC has had 25 different National & Youth Champions in the past 17 years!

The ATC Board & Coaching Staff wish all athletes a competitive 2009 Track & Field Season!
