Practice is every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30pm. Hoffman Park in Albany. At the end of 787. You must be contracted to participate.  Contracts will be made available. Please arrive early enough to sign and stretch.  4 PRACTICES REMAIN UNTIL OUR FIRST GAME.
