The Alaska Tennis Association is a USTA sanctioned community tennis association dedicated to promoting the sport of tennis in Anchorage and Alaska. The ATA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and is entirely run by volunteers.

• The ATA spearheaded the effort to raise the $200,000 in funds for the Delaney Park Strip Tennis Court resurfacing project.
• The ATA runs five tournaments each year: (1) the Parks & Recreation Open, (2) the Anchorage City Open, (3) the Alaska Cup, (4) the Alaska State Tournament, and (5) the Grand Prix
• The ATA supports clinics and lessons for adults and juniors.
• The ATA sponsors the Anchorage High School Region Sportsmanship award, which is a new racket of the winner’s choice.
