Listed below is the hotel information that we have to date for Alamo teams for 2010. We will be updating with the missing information as soon as we have it. Most of these hotels have set aside a block of rooms for Alamo parents.  When calling for parent reservations, in order to avoid confusion, be sure to say that you are specifically calling for “Alamo Parent” reservations. DO NOT just say you are with Alamo Volleyball. In most cases, there is a cut-off date listed in order for you to get the Alamo rate. There are a limited number of parent rooms set aside on a first-come first-served basis, so make your reservations as soon as possible, but definitely by the cut-off dates listed. Some of our hotels require that you go through the THS housing website in order to secure parent rooms.  The website is www.thsweb.com. At the THS home page, click on “Volleyball” then scroll to the tournament you are looking for.  You may be asked for a team code.  The code is very easy – ex. “FJ8ALAMO1LS” is the team code for Alamo 18 Kaepa (F = female; J=Junior; 8=age group; ALAMO1 = #1 team in this age group for Alamo VB, LS = Lone Star Region)  

TOUR OF TEXAS POWER LEAGUE WARM-UP - Austin

Tournament Dates are Saturday & Sunday, January 9 & 10
Players will spend Saturday night only in Austin.

Alamo 13K,14K,14G,15K,15G - SpringHill Suites Austin South/Airport, 4501 South IH 35  

Parent Rooms - A limited number of rooms for parents have been set aside at a $85 plus tax rate, including breakfast.  Reservations for parent’s rooms within the courtesy block can be made by calling 800-441-7900 - Ask for Alamo Volleyball Parent's Block. Parent Reservations must be made by December 25, 2009.

Alamo 16K,17K, 17G & 18K - Courtyard Austin South/Airport, 4533 South IH 35 

Parent Rooms - A limited number of rooms for parents have been set up aside at a $89 plus tax rate, including continental breakfast. (Can be upgraded to full buffet breakfast with $5 difference per person.)  Reservations for parent’s rooms within the courtesy block can be made by calling 800-321-2211 - Ask for Alamo Volleyball Parent's Block. Parent Reservations must be made by December 25, 2009. 

TOUR OF TEXAS POWER LEAGUE QUALIFIER - Austin - Alamo 13 Kaepa
Tournament dates are Saturday and Sunday, January 23 & 24. Players will be spending Friday & Saturday nights in Austin.SpringHill Suites Austin South/Airport, 4501 South IH 35   Parent Rooms - Because only 13K is playing at this location, we do not require enough rooms to qualify as a group; therefore there is no parent block of rooms reserved. Parents must make their own reservations by calling Marriott central reservations at 800-331-3131 or with the hotel direct at 512-441-7900.

Parent Rooms - A limited number of rooms for parents have been set aside at a $99 plus tax rate, at the Residence Inn, which adjoins the Courtyard at this location. The address is 904 Dallas Street. Parent reservations are to be made through Marriott reservations at 800-331-3131, using reference #1YQ11MX. Cut-off date for parent reservations is February 12, 2010.
