There are a limited number of rooms set aside for our Alamo tournaments, on a first come basis. These reservations go very quickly, so book your rooms now.

IMPORTANT - Several of our tournaments are "Stay to Play" tournaments. This means player's rooms MUST be booked through the tournament housing for those tournaments in order to be eligible to participate. Alamo will have a block of rooms for these tournaments. You do not have to reserve one of the Alamo rooms, but must book through the housing bureau. These tournaments are noted in red below.

You never have to reserve your room through the Alamo block, but it works best if players are in the same hotel in case of last minute schedule changes and team meetings during the tournaments.

AES (Lone Star Housing) Hotel Reservation Instructions:

You can call AES Hotels at 800-603-0917 to reserve your room, using the specific reservation number listed for each tournament . If you prefer to book online, follow the directions below:

1.  Go to http://www.advancedeventsystems.com/hotel/updatereservation.aspx

2.. Enter the e-mail address of the person who made the block reservation: alamovb@hotmail.com

3.  Type in the reservation #

4.  A summary of the reservation will appear.

5.  From this page, identify the room type you would like

6. Click on any square beside your desired room type. (The amount of space left in each room is indicated in the square by the numbers and color. For example, red and 4/4 means that room is full, no color and 0/4 means that room is available.) Clicking an empty square will take you to the individual room information page for that room.  Enter the names of those in your room.

7.  Type in your credit card information. (AES web site is secure using Secure Socket Layer encryption.

8.  Click update.

CROSS COURT CLASSIC & TOUR FINALS - Houston

(Play dates are March 16 & 17)

12KP/KE, 13KP/KE and all 14's through 18's  will participate in one of these tournaments.

FOR CROSS COURT CLASSIC ROOMS - Alamo has a limited number of rooms blocked for this event at the Hilton Americas which connects to the Convention Center playing site. The rate is $137 per night, plus tax.  THERE IS A TWO NIGHT MINIUM AT THIS HOTEL, so only participants in Cross Court should book here, unless Tour participants wish to stay both nights. To reserve a room in our block I will need a credit card #, exp. date and name on card.  A deposit will be made to your card on February 22.  The deposit is refundable up to two weeks in advance of 3/15.  If you want rooms at the Hilton and do not reserve them immediately, they will all be taken. E-mail your reservation request with the credit card information to alamovb@hotmail.com.

FOR TOUR FINAL ROOMS - The Tour Finals are a one day tournament, either all day Saturday for some age groups, and Sat. afternoon and Sunday for the others. We will not know which ages participate which days for some time.

I would suggest making your room reservations at another hotel that does not have the two night minimum for both nights. You can cancel the night you do not need when we know the schedule.

You are not required to make your reservation through tournament housing, but I think you will find that they have multiple properties reserved at reasonable rates. The website to find hotel information is:
