Rules:
1) 10U - Ball size 28.5; 13U and 14U - Regular size ball
2) 10U Clock time -> 4-6 minute quarters; 13U and 14U Clock time -> 4-7 minute quarters; NO running clock
3) Normal High School rules with stop clock on all dead balls
4) 4 timeouts per game 2 full and 2 30s
5) 3 minute halftime
6) 3 minute warm-up before game
7) Overtime is 2 minutes; 1-30s timeout with no carryovers. Each extra overtime is 1 minute with no timeouts
8) Team on left or top of bracket is considered HOME(White or light jerseys)
9) Home team is RESPONSIBLE for official scores book
10) In case of ties, head-to-head determines seed. Point system is next. Max points is +15. Min points is -15. If still in tie, least total points allowed in pool play will determine seed. If still in tie, a coin toss will determine seeding.
11) RUNNING CLOCK when there is a 25 point lead. Running clock stops if lead is less than 25.
12) Gym manager will have final say regarding disputes.
