Ambler Junior Baseball: AJB Policies

Returned Check Policy: All checks returned by the bank to AJB Baseball will have a $35 NSF fee charged applied to the outstanding balance owed by the registrant. The outstanding balance must be paid by cash or money order. 

Late Registration: Registrations will be considered late if they are received by AJB Baseball after February 28th for the Spring and Summer Seasons and September 1 for the Fall Season. Late registrations MUST be mailed to PO Box 8, Ambler PA 19002.  Registrations received before the cut off dates will receive a discount fee. 

Refund Policy: A refund must be requested in writing and can be sent by mail or email to your coach or to AJB.Baseball.Softball@gmail.com.  Refunds will be prorated based upon when the request is received by Ambler Junior Baseball. ·         100% Refund less Online Registration Fee of $6.00  - Request received prior to the player draft ·         50% Refund less Online Registration Fee of $6.00  - Request received after the player draft ·         No Refund - After uniforms have been ordered  

AJB Baseball Scholarship Program: To aid parents who may need assistance with registration fees, Ambler Junior Baseball has a scholarship program that covers the following areas:

  • Full scholarships that cover all registration fees
  • Partial scholarships that cover a portion of the registration fees

Scholarship Eligibility Requirements Those seeking a scholarship must explain the nature of the hardship by email to AJB.Baseball.Softball@gmail.com or mail

Terms and Conditions: If the scholarship request is approved, the following terms and conditions will apply:

  1. The scholarship covers the registration fees only for one season and one division in all or in part.
  2. Parent or legal guardian agrees to "re-pay" the AJB Baseball through volunteering for Fund raising, League functions and activities (for ex, helping with Opening Day, Closing Day , working the snack bar, Field work  helping with teams, etc) if so requested.

 Waiver Agreement

  • I/We certify my/our child, is in good health and is physically able to participate in all sports programs, consisting of practices and games, sponsored by this organization.
  • I/We, the parent(s) of the named candidate for a position on a full sports program team, hereby give my/our approval of their participation in any and all activities during the current season, I/We assume all risks and hazards incidental in such participation, including transportation to and from the activities, and I/We do hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnify and agree to hold harmless the Ambler Junior Baseball, the organizers, sponsors, participants and persons transporting my/our child to and from activities.
  • I/We understand that no health and/or accident insurance is provided for the participants and I accept full responsibility for obtaining the same or for payment of all expenses in the absence of such insurance.
  • Parents and coaches are proud of their children and their participation in sports.  Many capture these moments with a digital camera.  AJB Baseball would like to post these pictures to a photo galleria on the website a http://www.eteamz.com/ajb/.
  • I agree to abide by the rules of good sportsmanship.
  • I hereby give my permission for any medical attention necessary to be administered to my child in the event of an accident, injury, sickness, etc. I further authorize the coach, assistant coach, or any official of the AJB in my absence and to authorize immediate first aid to my child and emergency transport to the appropriate medical care facility. I also hereby assume the responsibility for payment of any such treatment and release the AJB and its officials from any and all liability or claims arising out of injury, accident or sickness to my/our child
