Currently Coach Rich is the head coach of our elder sister team the Ajax United Magic 93'. The Magic 93' are the club's second team to ever enter the Ontario Provincial League. Over the years Coach Rich has attended many coaching conventions and courses in Canada and the United States honing his soccer coaching skills. Obtaining a NSCAA State Diploma, NSCAA Goalkeeper Diploma, NSCAA Special Topics Diploma, and the English FA Psychology of Soccer Diploma.

"I'm looking forward to the energy and excitement of these U8 girls. At this age they are so porous and have the ability to learn anything. We will provide a fun learning environment that will maintain an attitude that development is number one. It is a known fact in sports psychology that when focus is put on performance and winning, development takes a backseat. The result will come at the appropriate moment." Coach Rich

This convention offers soccer coaches the opportunity to watch soccer coaching session put on by a few of the best coaches in the world. Coach Rich took in sessions by NSCAA President Jeff Tipping, Former US Women's National Coach Tony DiCicco, Kelly Cross from Australian Soccer Federation, World Reknown Horst Wein, Manchester United Goalkeeper Coach Richard Hartis, Tosh Farrell from Everton FC, Former Japan Men's National Team Coach Takeshi Okada, England Men's National Team Assistant Coach Steve Round, Houston Dynamo Head Coach Dominic Kinnear, FIFA Instructor Dettmar Cramer, University of North Carolina Head Coach Anson Dorrance and NSCAA Staff Coaches Dave DiTomasso and Doug Williamson.
