Alameda Island Blazers: April 25-26, 2009 Tournament Info
Important Coaches Information
Coaches,
Please read all information carefully.
Schedule - Due to the lack of availability of gyms, all games are being played at the Alameda Point Gymnasium. No other suitable gyms were available. We did our best to make the schedule accommodating. At this time, no schedule requests can be accommodated since that would change game times for other teams. If you happen to see an error in the schedule, please contact me as soon as possible. ALWAYS check the schedule for changes/corrections through Friday evening.
Gym - Alameda Point Gymnasium (old naval base) is a water only facility. They will not allow any other drinks, gum or food. Please let your players and parents know.
Fan Behavior - All coaches are responsible for the behavior of their players and their parents. If a player or fan is ejected, it will be your responsibility to remove them. If they do not leave the gym and surrounding area immediately, the coach will have 1 minute to remove them or forfeit the game. We would like to have a fun and safe atmosphere that we can all enjoy!
*Coaches Checkin - All coaches must check in prior to their first game. Please have your AAU cards for all players and coaches. 2 coaches passes will be issued, all other coaches must pay admission. Coaches may be asked to show their AAU card upon admission.
If you have not been to Alameda lately, we have a lot of new businesses for your teams to check out. Information will be posted on the website as well as printed information at the gym.
Good Luck and hope you enjoy the tournament!
