We have booked the following Wednesday nights for training from 9:45 to 10:45  

July 9th, 16th and 23rd

August 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th.

The cost of the trainings will start out at $15 per session, but if the numbers are good enough we might be able to drop it to $10.

Two of our B grade stars have decided to put on the black & white stripes.

Norbert Pecsi and Daisuke Fukumori are now controlling the game in a different manner. I'm not sure how they got their tickets, maybe a little money changed hands. But good on them the game is in safe hands now.

In the early game Sunday afternoon the Tigers dropped their first game of the season 4 - 3 to the Blackhawks. After posting 2 goals Tiger's forward Stu Henly was forced to leave the game in the second period with an upper body injury. The Tigers were already playing without vetran players Tim Moran and Al Hayter. "We were right in the game until Stu's injury which left us a little shorthanded for the rest of the game and that was the difference" said playing coach Kroon.

The Tigers 2 team made it 4 wins from 4 games with a nail biting 7 - 6 come from behind win over the Broken Wings. The teams traded 3 third period goals before Glen Foll scored the winner with 1:09 left on the clock.

The A Grader's with try to get their second win of the season when they take on the Blackhawks saturday at 4:15pm.

Both B Grade teams will be in action this Sunday from 4:15pm.

All 3 teams were victorious in their opening SAIHL games.

On Thursday night the Tigers B team notched up an 11 - 3 win over the Falcons. Stu Henly led the way with 4 goals. Al Hayter had 3 in his debut in a Tigers jersey, Tim Moran had a pair while Mike Kroon and Oscar Martin added singles.

On Saturday the A grade team took advantage of a short Red Wing bench grabbing the win 5 - 3. 5 players scored for the A graders. Sam Stouppos, Glen Foll, Justin Hargraves, Mike Gainer and Ed Keys.

On Sunday both B grade teams were in action.

The B 2's post a 6 -2 win over the Blackhawks. Torb Stolpe and Brenton Letheby had 2 goals each with Ari Pullinen and Orren Prunken adding singles.

The other B grade side played their second game of the season which ended in a 4 all draw with the Red Wings. The Tigers totally out played the Wings, but Wings goaltender Mike Riley was on fire stopping 35 of the 39 shots faced. Al Hayter, Tim Moran, Stu Henly and Mike Kroon scored for the Tigers.
