Saturday, December 29It's that time of year again ... New Year means New Season for Baseball!
Join a club to get ready for a fun spring and summer of nothing but BASEBALL! All you have to do is get your parent's permission, pass your classes in school and you'll PLAY FOR FREE! That's it - no hidden tricks! There is no fee (no money) needed to play ball; BUT (and there's always a but) you will have some CLUB requirements/rules. If you can handle the 'no jewlery above the neck' rule, 1/2 inch or less haircut around your head + be clean shaven, and RESPECT for all members of the club at all times, then that is all that it will cost you- period.
No hidden tricks! Just keep the following priorities in order:
1) family first,
2)successfully complete all of your classes in school and work at developing your mind (you need a well developed brain to play good baseball- from doing all the baseball skills to THINKING about the next play),
3) be a man and practice & play hard (the best you can ALL the time- this is what we call GOOD WORK HABITS/ETHICS), and
4) enjoy being on this team by being a good teammate.
