- Surveyed courses’ grading policies clearly communicated in math, science, social science, English
- Familiar with discipline policies listed in the student handbook
- Safe and supportive environment in classrooms and on campus during and after school
- Proud to be part of the AHS community.
Opportunities for improvement (below 70%)
- Reduce stress by emphasizing meaningful assignments and adhering to the testing schedule.
- Encourage teachers to update points/grades on Blackboard at least once per month.
- Employ new communication strategies and read the daily bulletin in class.

- Response time of administration, counselors and teachers

- Use multiple methods of communication to contact parents of students having difficulty.

- Maximize use of email, Blackboard and Friday Forum for parental communication.
