2012 ABK Soccer

Greetings Players and Parents! -  Welcome to the ABK Girls 2012 Soccer Season,

Tryouts and the season for Arapahoe girls’ soccer is fast approaching.  Again this year we will be training in January at the Family Sports Bubble at 6901 South Peoria Street.  The cost will be $100.00 for nine sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday, 3:15 pm to 4:15 pm, starting January 25^th through February 22^nd. 

In January we will also begin lifting and conditioning at Prestige Fitness on Arapahoe Road (down the street from Newton Middle School).  The cost will be $60.00 for eight sessions with their training staff on Monday and Thursday, 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm starting January 23^rd through February 16^th.     

Please make your check out to Arapahoe HS Girls Soccer and get your money into Mr. Bast in the Guidance Center.   Make sure your name is on the memo line of the check. 

We offer these opportunities to help our players get ready for the season, have some fun, and get a chance to get to know each other.  There is no requirement for attendance - this is for your benefit as you approach tryouts.  We will also be doing skill work on the field on Fridays as weather permits.  This is a chance to improve your technical skills going into tryouts.

“HECK WEEK” begins February 21^st for the week.

Tryouts officially begin February 27^th and everyone must have their paperwork, including an up-to-date physical, in by February 16^th.  Paper work will be collected during both lunches on that date.  If you need any forms please get them from me prior and have it completed including the parent signatures.  All paperwork must be completed by the start of tryouts. 

If you have not done so, please complete the Player Registration form on this site.  Also, please have your parents fill out the Parent Registration form as well.    This gives us the ability to contact you in the case of changes to our training plans and other ABK events.
