Abilene South Player Registration Schedule:
Location: Redbud Junior League Field Time: 6:00 to 8:00 pm
Dates: Tuesday, February 7th
Parents, you can complete and bring your registration forms (click the links below) to Registration:
Important Forms for Player Registration and Volunteers: You can complete the Player Registration form, and Medical Release form ahead of time and bring them with you to the Redbud field, along with the "Proof of Age" & "Proof of Residency" information listed below.
1. Proof of Age Documentation Requirements (Original Birth Certificate, or Certified Copy).
2. Proof of Residency Documentation Requirements = 3 Proofs Required (Only one Utility Bill, Driver's License, Voter's Registration, Cable TV Bill, Phone Bill, etc.).
The Registration Fee is $85.00.
