Tryouts for the 2012 season.

  Tryouts will be Saturday 11/5  from 2:00 to 5:00 and Sunday 11/6 from 1:30 to 4:30  - The tryouts will be held at St Hilary on Susquehanna Road: St. Hilary School 920 Susquehanna Rd Rydal, PA 19046

We understand that other fall sports may cause conflicts so please show up when you can but we do expect players to commit the time to make both days.  

We will be fielding two 11YO teams in 2012. Joe Ruch will coach one team that will “play up” in the 12YO bracket. Greg Wagner will coach the other team in the age appropriate 11YO league bracket within Montco. With the option for 2 different teams for the 11 YO age group we urge those that did not make the team last year to try out again this year.

 

The U-10 team has completed their tryouts for the upcoming season

The U-12 Team has completed their tryouts for the upcoming season 

The U-9 team will do their tryouts in the Spring. There is already a solid group of 10 players interested

U-13's and older do their tryouts in the Spring

Our History
2011 will be our 10th year as a member of the competitive Montco Youth Baseball League. ABC was originally developed as a cooperative effort of the Ardsley North Hills Athletic Association (ANHAA), the Glenside Youth Athletic Club (GYAC), and the Abington-Roychester Baseball Association (ARBA).   The sole purpose of the Abington Baseball Club (ABC) is to provide competitive sports for the children of Abington so they may learn the ideals of sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, and courage. In addition to spring baseball, ABC sponsors fall baseball teams for players age twelve and older from late August to late October.
