All head coaches need to complete the coaching education course provided by Cal Ripken and the American Sports Education Program. The course costs about $20 but is valid for life once completed. Assistant coaches should complete the course as a matter of protocol to learning how to better teach our players. You cannot participate in All Stars as a coach at any level without this certification.
