 ABA has focused it's classes to 3 FORMATS:

1.  Focus Class (1 - 3 players):  $500.00 per player per hour, plus court cost

2.  Your Team or Group (4 - 15 players):  $1000.00 per hour plus court cost

3.  2011 Easter Clinic  April 18, 19, 20, 21 & 22. 10am to 1pm  $ 2500 per player for more information please call coach LAP. 92190161 Registration  form here

ABA Clinics are run in Cantonese and English by Coach Lap Fong.

A concentrated 5 days program for player who want see significant improvement in their game. Skill training includes shooting,ball handing, man-to-man and team defense, passing, rebounding, one-on-one moves. Plus Coach LAP's sports conditioning workouts enhance a optimum speed, strength and agility.

Director:  Dr. David Cosman has been an international sports doctor, sport- therapist, conditioning and technique coach since graduating from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1984. 

Coaches:  Dr. Cosman selects experienced coaches who suit the group or individuals who register with ABA classes.

Dr. Cosman has worked with the Hong Kong Mens' National Basketball team since the 1998 Asian Games as an assistant coach and team doctor

2010 Congratulations to our past coach - Gary Boyson - presently a scout with the 2 time NBA World Champion L.A Lakers.

Regular classes are one hour on-court sessions, plus discussion

LOCATION: Varies with court availability, please confirm with us.

FEES:

-  One on One training (one or two players with one coach): $500.00 per hour
-  Focus Class (3 to 5 players):  $180.00 per player

-  Group or Team Class (6 to 15 athletes): $1000.00 / hr per coach
     (arrange your own group, or contact us for openings in groups)


AGE GROUPS:
These are generally divided up as follows:
5 and 6 year olds
7 to 11 year olds
12 and 13 year olds
14 to 19 year olds

We will also need to know the level of experience and goals of the player.

The under 13s will also focus on fun 'hand-eye coordination games and skills'.

We can conducting large classes if specially arranged or announced in this site.

ABA concentrates on fundamentals as this is key to playing well.

CAMPS (call or email us to arrange): 
-  We offer schools and clubs the opportunity of day camps.
-  This will involve skills and drills and games.
-  Cost of the sessions vary as the requirements will be different.

-  This clinic will be aimed at teachers, coaches and parents that may wish to learn the methods of coaching basketball correctly. Hopefully increasing the amount of qualified coaches in schools will dramatically improve the standard of basketball in HONG KONG.

CLINICS FOR THE OVER 40 PLAYER:
-  For beginner, intermediate and advanced players.
