Jefferson, Ste. Genevieve, and St. Francois Counties
For Coaches, Parents and Jump Rope Enthusiasts!

Jump Rope has gained considerable recognition as a national and international sport in the past 11 years. Jumpers enjoy the challenge of variations in rules and formats. AAU is reaching out to new jumpers to offer skills and the AAU competition experience.

The AAU Jump Rope program offers opportunities to participate in all levels of skill and competition. Competitions are held throughout the country to qualify athletes for the AAU Junior Olympic Games. Friendly competitions are also held to provide an introduction to beginning jumpers and further opportunities to those who are more seasoned.
