REMINDERS
All wrestlers must have a current USA wrestling card to participate in practice. This is a requirement for insurance purposes.

Attention Parents and Coaches - USA Wrestling now requires background checks for Coaches, Mat Officials, and Pairings Officials. If you need to aquire or renew these memberships for 2009, you will need to do it directly with USA Wrestling at www.themat.com.
