Use this form to track the pitchers used in each game by both teams. Scorekeepers, pitch counters and managers should agree on the number of pitches thrown by each pitcher.
These forms are used to keep track of pitches. Each form is designed for the number of maximum pitches and ease of reading. There are two different forms for 100 pitches, one provided by our league and one provided by the official little league website.
