10U Xplozion win again in Beaumont!

Xplozion 10u win in beaumont again at the May Madness tournament hosted by Team GX3! Defense and pitching kept us in the tourney. We started the day off strong facing our friends, Beaumont "Heat", with Danny G. pitching a no hitter! Congratulations to the boys for doing what they needed to do to win. Great job Xplozion!

13u Win 3rd Annual VBA 1 and 1 Tourney in Diamond Valley!

Congratulations to the Xplozion 13u team for winning the 3rd annual VBA 1 and 1 tournament this past weekend. That would be the third time our boys have one this particular event. Xplozion defeated the Upland Heat in the Championship game 8 to 7.

10's fall just short in Beaumont.
The 10's had an outstanding showing in Beaumont, but fell short in the championship game. They started the day, 3 and 0 defeating Pass Heat, Riverside Red Wave and the Eastvale Outlaws. The boys showed signs of fatigue in the first inning of game 4 with 5 errors giving up 4 unearned runs. They gained composure and fought back losing the game 6 to 5 to the Murrieta Crusaders. Everyone was proud of their effort and heart, it really was a great day of baseball. Congrats on a 2nd place showing!

Xplozion 10u Win in the desert!

Congratulations to the 10u Xplozion! Our boys went 3 and 0 in the "Desert War" Tournament hosted by Angels Desert Baseball. The boys played outstanding baseball. It was truly nice to watch them play at the level we know they are capable of. We had to face our friends at Team Easton in the decision game to see who would play the Murrietta Wolverines in the Championships. It was an exciting game with several lead changes. Fortunately our boys were up for the challenge and pulled it out in the last inning. We went on to beat the sluggers from the Murrietta Wolverines team. Great defense, great offense and just great baseball! Congratulations to the kids, you guys did an outstanding job!

10's Win in La$ Vega$ Baby!

The 10's had a tough draw right off the bat having to face the tournament favorite LVBA Lightning. The Lightning had just completed their first game with an impressive 15 to 2 win over SGV Cyclones. Our 10's were ready for the Lightning and played an outstanding game winning 5 - 2. Our next Game was against the Gators, staying true to the days form they were able to defeat the Gators 10 - 4. Saturday was a different story... We came out banging, scoring 7 runs in the first inning. Unfortunately it wasn't enough. We suffered our only loss to the Las Vegas Aces, the final score 8 - 9. The boys tried to regroup and had to face a Steamboat Springs championship team, the So Cal Redwings. It was a terrific battle, ending in an 8 - 8 tie. We were 2 - 1 - 1. Fortunately the cards were in our favor and our record yielded us a number 2 seed putting us in the championship game. Our opponent, the California Golden Gaters from Northern California. The Gaters had an impressive 4 - 0 record and were ready to play, but so were we. The boys played the game flawless, winning the championship with the score 15 - 3. Congratulations to 10u team, it was a lot of fun watching you all play the way we know you can.

Redlands Benefit Tournament Aug 22-23
Xplozion 9U 11U and 12U teams competed under the hot sun Saturday and Sunday at the Redlands Benefit Tournament. All the teams played very well. The 12U team came home with another Championship. Congratulations Xplozion Baseball!

12u Tournament this weekend in Chino Hills!
The brackets are up for this weekend! Our first game is against the South Bay Dukes @ 10:00 a.m. Please be at the fields no later than 9:00 a.m. We will be wearing our red vest with a white shirt,white pants w/ red piping, red belt, red hat and red socks. We are looking forward to some great baseball this weekend, have fun and we will see you all at the park!

Xplozion 12u Win USSSA Last Chance Tourney!
Congratulations and great job to the players, parents and coaches for their outstanding performance at last weekends USSSA Last Chance Tourney in Chino Hills. The boys did an outstanding job in the whole series! They beat the South Bay Dukes in the Championship 4-2. Once again Great Job and Congratulations!

Xplozion 9u win Summer Showdown in Garden Grove!
Great job to all the players, parents and coaches this weekend. Xplozion 9u defeated the OC Thunder 12 to 3 in the championship game on Sunday! Terrific defense, terrific hitting and terrific pitching help the 9's win their first tournament. 1st prize is new micro fiber jerseys. Looking forward to seeing the kids in their new jerseys and enjoying more great baseball in the near future! Great job guys!
