Congratulations to the members of our three Festival squads for their hard work at the 2007 National Hockey Festival!
X-Calibur Silver Hawks won their U-16 Pool with game winning goals in the last half minute of both matches the final day, compiling a near perfect record of 5-0-1. X-Calibur Freedom used their superior skills to be one of only eight out of one hundred and forty-seven U-19 teams to hold their opponents to one or fewer goals for the entire tournament, winning their U-19 Pool with an undefeated record of 5-0-1. X-Calibur Braveheart tied half their matches, two in very exciting fashion, against a series of very difficult opponents that included three of the four Pennsylvania AAA state semi-finalists plus the only team that defeated the 2007 state champions during the regular season.

The X-Calibur club wishes to also thank the US Field Hockey Association for a well run tournament held at the Empire Polo club in Indio, CA. This year's event featured the highest level of competition and some of the most consistent umpiring seen in recent years.
