July 18th: In a back and forth battle with the Canadian Junior National Team the Firecrackers came from behind again to win the Canadian Open Fastpitch Championship!
July 3rd: The Firecrackers come from behind to win the Fireworks Championship in Colorado. Congratulations to all of the girls as this achievement was truly a team effort!
The Firecrackers girls fastpitch softball organization was formed in 1990 with the intent of furthering the athletic and personal development of young ladies residing in Southern California. The Firecrackers geographical influence has since spread, with players from Arizona, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Texas and Washington all wearing Firecracker Gold in addition to players from as far north as San Jose, Monterey, Sacramento, Fresno, and Bakersfield within the state of California.
The Firecrackers organization is dedicated to the progressive advancement of players both as athletes and young ladies. It is our goal as an organization to teach our players important life lessons through the game of softball, such as discipline, hard work, commitment, perseverance, and the value of teamwork.
