1976- The first team was established by Walter Kirchner.
1977- Woodstock Minor Soccer Association was established by Mr. Walter
Kirchner with 3 teams (50 Children)
1986- WMSA was incorporated as "non-for-profit" and re-named to Woodstock
Minor Soccer Club.
Player registration: 600 House league chldren
1995- The Woodstock Soccer Club was formed to amalgamate all soccer activity
within the City of Woodstock.
WMSC- Minor Outdoor
WMSC- Minor Indoor
WMSC- Youth Competitive
WSC- Male Adult Competitive
WSC- Female Adult Competitive
1997- Adult Recreational Co-ed League established for players 19 years to
60+ (150 registrants in first year)
1999- Thanks to the City of Woodstock, the ORC Facility established as a
"long term" home of the Woodstock Soccer Club
