Any registration from here on forth will be CHARGED a $20 LATE FEE.
Fundraising Information
This has to do with the new Fundraising cards that you receive when you register your child(ren). There was not enough VIP Info Cards given to us to hand out when you receive you VIP Cards. To help you activate your card we have put a PDF of the VIP Info Card on here so that you can activate your card.
If you go to the Handouts page and scroll to the very bottom you will see the PDF file of the VIP Info Card. Open it up and download it and then follow step by step to activate your card.
If you have any problems activating your card please contact REV PUBLISHING at 1-877-888-2825 and ask for Jason Culp for help activating your card.
Important News for Outdoor 2012
This outdoor season we have a NEW PILOT PROGRAM which is all girl teams for 4 of the younger years/divisions. If your daughter was born in 2003, 2004, 2005 or 2006, this is an excellant opportunity for her to develop greater confidence and skills at an early age while becoming more involved in the game of soccer.
To find out anymore information about this New Pilot Program please contact Kelly Stringle - tkstringle101@hotmail.com or Tim Jansen - woodstock_soccer_club@yahoo.comTo all players and customers renting the pitch, PLEASE make sure to remove your Outside Footwear before entering the pitch as the Stones and Salt from outside are not good for the turf and will damage it.
Outdoor Cleats are still allowed but MAY NOT have metal spikes on them.
There are signs on entries to the building and onto the pitch that ask you to remove your outdoor footwear.
WSC Executive
The Respect In Soccer program is an online course that will help Coaches and Parents identify practices that are unacceptable and acceptable around the soccer field. The program is Canada's only on-line bullying, abuse, harassment and neglect prevention program for Coaches and community leaders.
There only 2000 free certificates available at this point in time and when they have all been handed out it will cost $30 per person to aquire one. Please take the opportunity while they are still free.

Cowan Park Facility & WSC Policies
Only Track Members (includes Executive Members) and Staff are Allowed up on the track At Any Point of the day whether their games on or not.
When games are being played please do not lean up against the doors and slightly open them or open them at all as a player may run into the door. The Speaker System is now ON and you will be able to hear the coaches and your children.
DO NOT RUN IN THE HALLWAYS
DO NOT KICK OR THROW SOCCER BALLS IN THE HALLWAYS
There are signs up around the building that indicate these policies and we would please ask if you would follow them so nobody gets hurt or seriously injured.
